Brittany Rogers Named Regular Season All-America

ATHENS-----University of Georgia junior gymnast Brittany Rogers has been named to the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches/Women (NACGC/W) All-America Team.
Rogers is currently tied for ninth in the country on bars with a 9.91 RQS. She earned All-SEC honors with a 9.9 on that event in the SEC Championship. The Coquitlam, British Columbia, native has taken top honors on an event five times this season: twice on bars, twice on beam and once on vault.
NACGC/W Regular Season All-Americans are based on the final RQS rankings of the regular season. The top eight gymnasts on each event receive first-team honors and the next eight (including ties) earn second-team honors.
Rogers and the Gymdogs will compete in the NCAA Berkeley Regional Saturday at 9 p.m. ET.
