Today's "Getting To Know The Freshmen" soccer Q&A focuses on goalkeeper Louise Hogrell - the longest-traveled member of the class coming all the way from Asa, Sweden and the Sweden U-19 national team to join the squad this year. Hogrell has played every minute in goal for the Bulldogs in 2014, posting five shutouts and stopping over 80 percent of shots sent her way. Each of the Q&As in this series is compiled by student coach Jill Maloney.

Q: What's been the biggest change from high school that you've experienced so far?

A: We play a lot more games in college and it's harder competition in the conference.

Q: What's been the best moment for you so far?

A: When we played Auburn during preseason. I think that we really showed everybody that we are a great team that we can play great soccer.

Q: How is it working with the coaches on a day-to-day basis?

A: It's a great opportunity to have a coach for each section on the field and I enjoy working with all of them every day.

Q: What's it been like coming in with such a big freshman class?

A: I actually haven't thought about it that much, our team is so united that you barely notice that we have so many freshmen.

Q: What's the hardest thing about college so far? Hardest class?

A: It's hard to miss class while we are traveling. It's hard to understand everything just by reading it.

Q: How did you find the team dynamic and chemistry coming in? What/Who helped the transition?

A: I had no problems at all to feel like I was a part of this group. People on the team are so nice and they make it very easy for you to get to know them and to be a part of the team.

Q: How does it feel getting to play for the University of Georgia?

A: I absolutely love playing for Georgia and to be a part of all this - to be a part of a team with this great spirit and love for the game.

Q. What has it been like moving from Sweden to Athens, Georgia?

A: It has been a huge change from Sweden - getting used to the humidity, speaking a different language. But I like it a lot here, and I'm so happy to be able to call a place like Athens my home for the next four years.

Q: How did you feel your first time on the field for UGA?

A: It was a mix between nervous and excited.
