Soccer Continues Spring Slate Tuesday

ATHENS, Ga. --- The Georgia soccer team will continue action in its spring schedule Tues., April 9 when it takes on in-state rival Georgia State in neutral-site action at the Rockdale Youth Soccer Association (RYSA) Soccerplex in Conyers at 7 p.m.

Admission is free and the exhibition match open to the public. It will feature the regulation 45-minute halves and a 15-minute halftime.

Georgia is 2-1 this spring, most recently posting a 6-4 win over UGA Alumni players Saturday at home. The Bulldogs also defeated Clemson this off-season, while suffering a loss to Auburn. The squad will have two spring dates remaining after Tuesday, hosting a 7-v-7 tournament in Athens this Saturday and rounding out the schedule vs. Georgia Southern at home on April 20.
