Six Bulldogs Play In Pro Bowl

ATHENS-----Six former Georgia football players played in the annual NFL Pro Bowl last weekend in Honolulu. Three former Bulldogs on are rosters of the two NFL teams competing in Super Bowl XLVII Sunday in New Orleans.

Dannell Ellerbe and DeAngelo Tyson are on Baltimore's roster, while Demarcus Dobbs is listed on injured-reserve with San Francisco.

For the 12th consecutive year, Georgia will have at least one former player in the Super Bowl. The 12-year streak of a player in the Super Bowl is the longest current streak in the SEC.

Geno Atkins, Cincinnati Bengals
Had one tackle for the AFC

Champ Bailey, Denver Broncos
Had five tackles for the AFC, second most on the team

A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals
Had seven catches for 119 yards and three touchdowns to lead the AFC

Justin Houston, Kansas City Chiefs
Had three tackles for the AFC

Tim Jennings, Chicago Bears
Had four tackles for the NFC, second most on the team

Blair Walsh, Minnesota Vikings
Made both field goal attempts and all eight PATs for the NFL
