Marlon Brown Lost to Knee Injury

ATHENS --- University of Georgia senior wide receiver Marlon Brown from Memphis, Tenn., sustained an injury to his left knee anterior cruciate ligament during Saturday¹s game against Ole Miss.

The injury was confirmed by an MRI Saturday night. He will undergo surgery by team orthopedic surgeons at a yet-to-be determined date. Although the injury will effectively end his playing career at Georgia, a full recovery is anticipated that will enable him to continue his career in the future according to UGA Director of Sports Medicine Ron Courson.
