- All-Time Series: Alabama leads, 90-47
- SEC Tournament: Alabama leads, 6-4
- Season Series: Alabama defeated Georgia, 65-57, March 5 in Tuscaloosa
- Alabama rallied from a 48-34 deficit at the 7:40 mark to tie with :04 seconds left at 53-53.
- Bama is 2-0 in overtime this year including a 65-60 win at Tennessee Feb. 5. Bama has won three overtime games in a row dating back to the 2008-09 season. JaMychal Green recorded his seventh double-double of the season with 20 points and 13 boards. He also blocked five shots, one shy of his career high, and also had a season-high four steals. He hit 12 of 14 free throws, tying his career best in both categories.
- The win marked just the second time this season the Tide has come back to win after trailing at intermission.
- Alabama advances to the SEC Tournament semi-finals
- Alabama's 21 wins are its most since the 2004-05 season when the Tide won 24 games.
- Robert Horry is the Tide's SEC Legend. He was a forward from 1989-92.
- Georgia is 1-3 in overtime games this year
- Travis Leslie's 15 first half points were a Georgia season best
- Leslie's 24 points were a season high. He had 23 against Notre Dame
- Leslie had his sixth double-double of the season with 24 points and 10 rebounds. It was his second double-double of the tournament.
- Gerald Robinson had a career high 11 assists, the most by a Bulldog since Nov. 9, 2007. The SEC Tournament record is 12 assists. Robinson also added six steals, one short of the tournament mark.
