Georgia (10-4, 6-0 SEC) looks to remain perfect in SEC action as the Bulldogs travel to the Magnolia State to face Miss. State (9-7, 1-5 SEC) and Ole Miss (9-4, 3-3 SEC) this weekend. On Friday, Georgia will battle Miss. State at 1 p.m. ET in Starkville and then on Sunday head to Oxford for a match with Ole Miss at 2 p.m. ET. The Rebels play host to #14 Tennessee (11-5, 5-1 SEC) on Friday before the Bullogs arrive in town.

Georgia and #3 Florida (16-2, 6-0) are the only undefeated teams left in the conference. Georgia is 31-0 in the series history with MSU and holds a 29-7 edge over Ole Miss. In the SEC season last year, Georgia registered 6-1 win over both Mississippi schools.

“This will be our last roadtrip and we hope to finish strong,” said Georgia coach Jeff Wallace. Our last three SEC matches are at home along with the SEC and NCAA Championship this year. You want to be playing your best tennis in April and May, that’s when your season is defined. It’s important to keep playing well because it all right there in front of us.”

Currently, Georgia’s 10th-ranked duo of Chelsey Gullickson and Nadja Gilchrist are riding a 16-match winning streak. They are 17-3 overall including 13-0 at No. 1 in the lineup. In singles, Gulilckson is ranked 10th nationally with a 20-6 mark including 11-3 at No. 1. Gilchrist is getting back to full strength after an ankle injury.
