Murray Gets Two More On The Ground: QB Aaron Murray (17-for-25, 266 yards) accounted for four touchdowns today, passing for two and running for a pair in a 41-14 win. He had a 35-yard touchdown run in the opening quarter to give Georgia a 7-0 edge. He then clipped the pile-on for a 5-yard score at the beginning of the third quarter. Murray now has four rushing TDs this season after he also ran for scores against #12 Arkansas and Louisiana. Murray's first TD gave the Bulldogs their first lead over an SEC team this year. Also on the ground, senior FB Shaun Chapas scored the second rushing TD of his career (first of the year) at the 3:12 mark in the third quarter. Murray's TD passes covered 22 and nine 9 yards. The Bulldog tight ends were among Murray's top targets as Aron White and Orson Charles had two catches apiece for a combined 76 yards. Coming in, the tight ends had 10 catches for 124 yards on the year.

Pouring On The Points: Coming into the game, Georgia had scored 42 points through three SEC games in 2010 and today they tallied 41 in the win over Tennessee. It marks the biggest output in an SEC game since the 52-41 win over Arkansas in Fayetteville last year. With the win over the Vols, Georgia snaps a four-game losing streak this year.

Points Off Turnovers: The Bulldogs turned three Volunteer turnovers into 17 points. Redshirt sophomore SS Bacarri Rambo snagged his first interception of the season and the second of his career at the 7:02 mark in the first quarter. Senior CB Vance Cuff tipped the pass before Rambo caught it. The Bulldogs converted the INT into a field goal. At the end of the opening period, redshirt freshman CB Jordan Love forced a fumble on a kickoff that freshman CB Derek Owens recovered. The Bulldogs scored a TD following that recovery. Redshirt freshman CB Blake Sailors recovered a Tennessee fumble on a punt return in Volunteer territory. A.J. Green snagged his TD after this recovery. Georgia has forced nine turnovers and converted them into 31 points while its opponents have scored 7 points off seven Bulldog miscues on the year.

Three Straight For Dent: Senior ILB Akeem Dent tied his career-high in tackles with 12 for the second week in a row. He has had three straight games of double-digit tackles. Dent has a team-leading 54 tackles on the year. The Bulldog defense collected four sacks and held UT to just nine rushing yards in 26 attempts. In UT's last visit to Athens coming in 2008, Georgia held them to just one yard rushing on 15 attempts in a 26-14 Bulldog victory.

First Time: Sophomore FLK Rantavious Wooten hauled in a 9-yard touchdown from junior QB Aaron Murray in the opening quarter to put Georgia up 17-0. This was Wooten's first score of the season and third of his career. Murray also connected with junior FLK A.J. Green for a 22-yard score in the second quarter. This was Green's third TD of the season in just a game and a half played. Green finished with six catches for 96 yards and his first career punt return that covered seven yards.

Walsh Goes 2-For-2: Junior PK Blair Walsh drilled a 42-yard field goal in the first quarter and then a 20-yard field goal at the end of the second quarter. He is 13-of-15 from 40 to 49 yards in his career, including 3-of-4 in 2010. Walsh is now 11-for-12 on field goals this season and is 46-for-57 in his career. Also, he had five PATs for 11 total points.

Starters: Sophomore FS Shawn Williams made his first start on defense. On offense, freshman OT Kenarious Gates started for the first time in his career. The Bulldogs shuffled their offense line with Trinton Sturdivant at LT, Cordy Glenn at LG, Ben Jones at C, Gates at RG and Clint Boling at RT. Seven true freshmen have played for the Bulldogs this season.

In Honor Of 'Q': Senior OLB Darryl Gamble wore #31, rather than his regular #50, in honor of senior safety Quintin Banks. Banks was forced to retire this preseason because of re-occurring knee injuries. He is now a student coach. A different Bulldog senior will wear #31 each game this season.

Injury Report: Junior SS Nick Williams suffered a right hamstring injury in the first quarter and is out for the game. Redshirt sophomore TB Carlton Thomas was out with a hamstring injury and redshirt sophomore OLB Cornelius Washington missed Saturday's action with concussion symptoms.

Bulldog Captains: Senior OLB Darryl Gamble, senior ILB Akeem Dent, senior OT Clint Boling and junior C Ben Jones were the captains versus the Volunteers.

Next Week's Opponent: Georgia (2-4, 1-3 SEC) remains in Athens to host Vanderbilt (1-3, 1-1) for Homecoming on Oct. 16 at 12:21 p.m. The game will be televised by the SEC Network. The Bulldogs cruised to a 34-10 win in Nashville last year. The Commodores take on Eastern Michigan at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
