Georgia Sports Properties, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the "Company”) will conduct the contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

Entrants must be 21 years or older and legal residents of the United States. Registrations must be received by midnight on November 7, 2009. Winner will be selected on approximately November 9th. The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail and required to respond within 24 hours. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit and release and return via fax within 24 hours of prize acceptance. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final as to all matters relating to this contest. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the ISP Sports and Honda, it's employees and agents against, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct or, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by ISP Sports.
