How to Enter the Sweepstakes: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. There is one (1) method of entry. Visit www.georgiadogs.com, click on the Sweepstakes link and follow all instructions complete the Entry Form in its entirety and click submit to enter. Entry will be available from September 185, 2009 through November 7, 2009 (the "Entry Period"). All Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 7, 2009. Limt one (1) entry per person. Online entrants are subject to all online notices including, but not limited to, Administrator Privacy Policies. Online entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. All entries become the Administrator property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Administrator (defined below), Sponsor (defined below), ISP Sports, the University of Georgia Radio Network Affiliate stations, the University of Georgia and each of their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or postage-due mail/entries. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final as to all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Winner Selection: Winner will be selected on or before Monday, November 9, 2009. The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail and required to respond within 24 hours. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit and return via fax within 24 hours of prize acceptance. If the affidavit is not returned within 24 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) winner will receive a VIP package for two (2). VIP package includes two (2) tickets to the University of Georgia vs. Auburn University football game, two (2) pre-game hospitality passes, one (1) autographed football and one (1) University of Georgia golf shirt, one (1) sideline tour prior to the game and one (1) private meeting with University of Georgia Athletics Director Damon Evans. ARV: $1,000. Ticket seat location and pre-game hospitality passes location to be determined by University of Georgia. Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes, charges and other expenses not expressly listed in these rules as being part of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the state of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of ISP Sports, Bank of America Corporation, Bank of America, N.A. and any of it's subsidiaries and affiliates, the University of Georgia Radio Network Affiliate stations, the University of Georgia, past and present University of Georgia athletes and past and present staff and athletes from the opposing teams on the University of Georgia's 2009 football schedule, and each of their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible to enter. If a finalist cannot be present at the event an alternate finalist will be selected.
Publicity. Use of Personal Information. By participating, all participant(s) and winner grant the Administrator exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree that the Administrator may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
Release. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Administrator, it's employees and agents Bank of America and their respective employees and against, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct or, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Administrator. Administrator not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address).
Decisions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be found by the decisions of Administrator personnel. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or who the Administrator believes has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. The Administrator will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules of the Sweepstakes and the Administrator's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Administrator, the Administrator reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Administrator deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Administrator and are final. The Administrator may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
Miscellaneous. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Administrator's release form to claim the prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Purchase does not increase chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Administrator may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time as announced on the Station(s). The Administrator disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes. Written copies of these rules and winner list are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Georgia Sports Properties, 1090-A Founders Blvd., Athens, GA 30606 and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be returned.
Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Sweepstakes is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. The Administrator shall follow the applicable laws for furnishing lists of winners, providing specific written information about the Sweepstakes, etc. as required by local and state law. All prizes are subject to applicable local, state and federal income taxes.
