The Pinnacle Foods Great Collegiate Toss for Cash! (the "Contest") • 2009 OFFICIAL RULES * NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. • PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.
How to Enter the Contest: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Fill out the online form or pick up an official entry form on special displays at participating Publix stores, by mailing a 3” x 5” card name, age, address and telephone number to: Georgia Sports Properties c/o Toss for Cash, 1090-A Founders Blvd, Athens, GA 30606. Eligible entries need to be complete in order to qualify for the contest. Contestants may enter only once. All entries must be received by 8/31/2009 at 11:59 pm (EST). Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible or mutilated entries. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final as to all matters relating to this contest. Winner Selection: There will be two contestants selected on or about September 1, 2009 and notified on or after September 1, 2009. The two contestants will be required to attend the Georgia vs. South Carolina football game in Athens, GA on Saturday, September 12, 2009 where one of the contestants will be randomly chosen as the finalist and will attempt the toss for cash. Prize and Approximate Retail Value: The finalist will win a pair(2)of UGA season tickets, a $100 Publix gift card, a UGA t-shirt and cap, an autographed UGA football and will be granted the Grand Prize “Toss” at the Georgia vs. South Carolina game on Saturday, September 12, 2009 before the game. ARV $570 not including prize from toss. Runner-up prize – ARV $100.– The contestant not chosen to participate in the “toss” will be declared the runner-up. The runner-up will win a UGA prize pack which will include a $50 Publix gift card, UGA t-shirt, UGA cap and an autographed UGA football. Eligibility: The Contest is only open to legal residents of Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and South Carolina who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry to participate in the contest. Those who enter who are under the age specification will be disqualified. ISP Sports, Publix Supermarkets, Inc, The University of Georgia Radio Network Affiliate stations, The University of Georgia, other Metro Atlanta radio stations, past and present University of Georgia athletes and past and present staff and athletes from the opposing teams on the University of Georgia’s 2009 football schedule, and each of their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible to enter. If a finalist cannot be present at the event an alternate finalist will be selected. Finalists must present a valid picture ID at the time of the event, no substitute contestants will be allowed. Finalists must sign in 4 hours prior to kick-off of the game in which they have been selected to participate. The selected finalists cannot have had a history of professional or semi-professional football experience, nor have participated in high school or collegiate football or baseball in the past (5) five years (including freshmen, junior varsity, or varsity for men or women). Request of Rules: For a list of prizewinners, or a copy of the official rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Toss for Cash, c/o Georgia Sports Properties 1090-A Founders Blvd. Athens, GA 30606 before December 31, 2009.
