Special Announcement to All William C. Hartman, Jr. Fund Contributors:
2009 Football Ticket Cumulative Score Requirements

The University of Georgia Athletic Association has released the following cumulative score requirements that determine eligibility of William C. Hartman, Jr. Fund Contributors to purchase available 2009 Georgia Football Renewable Season Tickets, Single Game Home Tickets, and Away Game Tickets.  A cumulative score is attained by each contributor on the basis of lifetime giving to the Hartman Fund (formerly GSEF and GEEF).  The “cut-off” scores are established by arranging all Hartman Fund contributors in cumulative score order and fulfilling ticket orders based on availability.

The cumulative score requirements for the 2009 season are as follows:

Renewable Season Tickets

Hartman Fund contributors who did not have 2008 renewable season tickets must have a cumulative score of 4,205 or higher to receive 2009 renewable season tickets.  Hartman Fund contributors requesting additional/new renewable season tickets with a cumulative score less than 4,205 will not receive additional/new renewable season tickets.  These patrons will receive the renewable season ticket locations held in 2008 (excluding patrons requesting season tickets to be dropped during the renewal period).

Cumulative score requirements for single home and away tickets will be announced in late July, once determined.

Please direct any questions about the above information or the Hartman Fund, the football ticket priority program, to The Georgia Bulldog Club offices at 877-GA-DAWGS or 706-542-9220.
