Advance Tickets

All ticket information for the University of Georgia Athletic Association may be obtained by visiting the www.georgiadogs.com website, by calling the ticket office at 706-542-1231or toll free at 1-877-542-1231 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.    Purchase Tickets

Artificial Noisemakers

Any artificial noisemakers (air horns, cowbells, etc.) are not permitted in Stegeman Coliseum. Be considerate and allow your neighbor to enjoy the game. Please keep portable radios at a low volume.

ATMs

For your convenience, an ATM is located on the Main Concourse behind section D.

Banners

Signs, banners, pictures, etc. that are offensive, not in good taste, block the view of spectators, or create a safety hazard will not be allowed. The hanging or displaying of signs on Coliseum walls or seats is prohibited as a safety precaution. Any special banner requests must be made to the Marketing/Promotions office, 706-542-7954, at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Cameras

Still photography is permitted at UGA Athletic events provided a flash is not used. Video Cameras are strictly prohibited for non-media guests. Any image taken within Stegeman Coliseum must be accompanies by written consent from the University of Georgia Athletic Association before any commercial use.

Children’s Admission

Guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket before entering Stegeman Coliseum.

Competition Floor

The competition area shall be limited to participating student-athletes, coaches, officials, support personnel, and properly-credentialed individuals at all times. For the safety of participants and spectators alike, at no time before, during, or after a contest shall spectators be permitted to enter the competition area. Penalties shall include, but not be limited to, expulsion from the facility and the loss of future ticket privileges.

Credit Cards

The concession stands and merchandise stands inside Stegeman Coliseum honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. A window at Ticket Booths #1 & #5 also accepts credit cards for ticket purchases.

Disabled Patrons

Handicapped parking is available in the Hoke-Smith Annex Parking Lot, located off of Smith St. across from the football practice fields. Disabled seating is available in Sections A, B, C, L, N, V, W, X, and Y for handicapped patrons and one companion.

Doors Open

Doors open two hours and 15 minutes prior to the start of gymnastics meets and 1 hours prior to the start of basketball games, allowing fans to get to their seats in time for warm-ups.

Fan Conduct

The Bulldogs want to provide all coaches, student-athletes, staff, and guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, the University of Georgia, the Southeastern Conference, and the NCAA do not condone or tolerate foul or abusive language, obscene or indecent clothing, or other inconsiderate and disruptive behavior. Guests who do not adhere to the policies of the Athletic Association are subject to ejection without refund. Please contact your nearest usher to report such behavior.

First Aid

National EMS personnel will be located inside Stegeman Coliseum once the doors open to handle all spectator First Aid needs. If you require assistance, please locate the nearest Coliseum staff member or usher, and he/she will assist in notifying the proper first aid personnel.

Food and Beverage

There are concession stands located throughout the Stegeman Coliseum concourse. No food or beverages will be allowed to enter Stegeman Coliseum from outside.

Lost and Found

To report or claim any lost items, please locate the nearest usher. To check for any lost items after an event, contact the Event Management Office at (706) 542-7944. Items left more than 30 days will be donated to charity.

Merchandise

Guests can find merchandise stands throughout the Stegeman Coliseum concourse. Bulldog basketball and gymnastics merchandise can also be found at the GShop.

Parking

General parking is available around campus on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hoke-Smith Annex parking lot and the McPhaul Center parking lots require a parking pass for all Coliseum events. Guests are encouraged to park in the Carlton Street Parking Deck located off of Smith St.

Programs

Complimentary programs will be handed out to fans as they enter Stegeman Coliseum for all events (while supplies last.) Men’s basketball and gymnastics yearbooks will also be on sale at the program booths located throughout the concourse.

Prohibited Items

For your comfort and safety at Stegeman Coliseum, we ask you not bring the following into the building to ensure the best atmosphere for all who attend our games:

  • Illegal Substances
  • Horns or Noisemakers
  • Backpacks & Duffle Bags
  • Food or Beverages
  • Coolers, Cans, Bottles
  • Fireworks
  • Video Cameras
  • Weapons
  • Animals
  • Artificial Noisemakers
  • Tobacco
  • Basketballs
  • Items deemed hazardous by Event Staff

All jackets and bags will be searched upon entry. Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. UGA Athletic Association management reserves the right to make the final determination on prohibited items. In the event that prohibited items are revealed in a search, guests will be asked to dispose of the items or return them to their cars before re-entering the building.

Projectiles

The University of Georgia Athletic Assoc. and the Southeastern Conference prohibits the throwing of items on to the floor. Incidents may result in the home team receiving a technical foul in basketball and the offender being ejected from the building.

Re-entry Policy

No re-entry is permitted at any gate. If an individual leaves the Coliseum, a new ticket is needed to be re-admitted.

Restrooms

Stegeman Coliseum offers restrooms throughout the building. All restrooms are handicapped accessible and equipped with baby changing stations. Unfortunately, there are no family or companion restrooms located in Stegeman Coliseum at this time.

Scoreboard Messages

Guests can celebrate their birthday with their name in lights on the scoreboard, when the UGA Athletic Association General Endowment Fund receives a charitable donation. (Minimum amount of donation is $100). They will also receive a receipt in the mail recognizing their tax-deductible contribution. All requests with donation must be submitted in writing, clearly printed and received at least 7 days in advance of the desired game date. No phone requests will be allowed. Telephones

There are no public telephones inside Stegeman Coliseum.

Tobacco Products

Stegeman Coliseum is a smoke-free facility and the use of all tobacco products are prohibited inside the Coliseum.

Umbrellas

Bagged umbrellas will be allowed inside Stegeman Coliseum.

Will Call

Prepaid reservations and other tickets can be picked up at the Will Call window is located at Ticket Booth #3. The Will Call gate will open at the same time the doors open (2 hours prior for gymnastics, and 1 hours prior for basketball.) A photo ID is required to pick-up tickets.
