2010 Georgia Baseball Season Tickets Now On Sale

ATHENS -----University of Georgia Baseball season tickets are now available to purchase on the georgiadogs.com ticket office so make plans now to catch the 2010 Bulldogs.
A reserved seat for the season is $125 while a general admission seat is $100. The popular Family Plan, which covers general admission for two adults and two children (ages 18 and under) for all 29 home games, is only $225.
The 2010 college baseball season begins Feb. 19, and the Bulldogs will be in Waco, Texas where they will start with a doubleheader against Duke and Baylor. The Bulldogs will play a total of four games in Waco before returning for their home opener at Foley Field against Presbyterian on Feb. 24 followed by a three-game set with Stetson to close out the month. The 56-game regular season features SEC home series with Auburn, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky.
For the past two years, Georgia has set school records for total home attendance. A total of 93,360 fans watched the Bulldogs at Foley Field last season. The 2009 Bulldogs attracted five of the top 10 largest crowds in Foley Field history including the largest crowd of 4,461 that saw Georgia blank Mississippi State 4-0 on March 21.
Georgia went 38-24 last year and finished with a No. 24 national ranking in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll. Under head coach David Perno, the Bulldogs have been one of the top programs in the country, and they have advanced to the College World Series in 2004, 2006 and 2008.
All 2009 season ticket holders were mailed their renewal order form on Nov. 12. UGA students will be admitted free with their student ID.
