Gym Dogs Head To Baton Rouge To Face LSU
The Georgia gymnastics team will make its first road trip and will have its first Southeastern Conference competition of the year on Friday when the Gym Dogs meet LSU.

Friday’s meet in Baton Rouge, La., will begin at 8 p.m. Eastern. The Gym Dogs are 1-0 after defeating West Virginia in the season opener, while the Tigers are 5-0 following the Cancun Classic and a tri-meet at Iowa.

“LSU has a quality gymnastics program, and we really respect them,” Georgia coach Suzanne Yoculan said. “Baton Rouge is not an easy place to compete. Their fans show tremendous support, especially their students. They have a great student following, and it’s usually rocking down there. It will require our team to really be focused and not get distracted.”

Stiletto Race
The Ten-O Club and the Georgia Gym Dogs are proud to the host the 2009 Stiletto Race Against Breast Cancer on Sunday, January 18 at 6 p.m. at Stegeman Coliseum. Dog Walk
The 2009 Gym Dogs will have their own version of the Dog Walk prior to each home meet this season. The doors to Stegeman Coliseum will open two hours and 15 minutes before the meet, and the Dog Walk will take place two hours before the meet. READ MORE
