Gym Dogs Ask Fans To 'Black Out' SEC Championships
March 27, 2008 | Gymnastics
ATHENS, Ga. --- For the SEC Championships in Duluth, Ga., this Saturday and the NCAA Championships in Athens this April, the Gym Dogs are asking fans to "Black Out" the arenas.
Special black "On Target" T-shirts were made and are available for fans to purchase online at georgiadogs.com.
"Our Pink Out in support of Breast Cancer awareness earlier in the year was such a success, and we thought that this would be another great way for our fans to stand out at SECs and NCAAs," Georgia head coach Suzanne Yoculan said. "We are so excited to have both of those events so close to us, and this is just another way for fans to share in our excitement."
The SEC Championships are at the Arena at Gwinnett Center on March 29 and the NCAA Championships are at Stegeman Coliseum on April 24-26. Less than 800 tickets remain for the National Championships, and those can be purchased online at georgiadogs.com or by calling the ticket office at 877-542-1231.
