Can you give us an update on Ashley Kupets?

Can you give us an update on Ashley Kupets? She's always been one of my favorite Gym Dogs.

SUZANNE: Thanks for your email, Lindsey. Ashley is doing well. She had successful surgery on her Achilles on Tuesday.

Following the operation, Ashley's doctors said they were amazed that she was able to compete as long as she did. Her Achilles had really taken a pounding throughout her career. I know that Ashley feels blessed that she was able to compete four years as a Gym Dog.

I can't tell you how proud I am of Ashley. Her determination and heart are amazing. When we needed a big score, we could always depend on Ashley. I know that she will now be our most vocal cheerleader, helping us find a way to win one more trophy.
