Important Stadium and Game Day Information
Game Day Security Information
Please note that there will be “pat down” searches performed at all stadium gate entrances by gender-specific security personnel. Fans attending the game are strongly encouraged to make plans to arrive early for entry into the stadium to allow adequate time for these searches.

The following information details prohibited items for Jacksonville Municipal Stadium on October 27, 2007 for the Florida vs. Georgia game, in accordance with security procedures for all City of Jacksonville venues.
Prohibited Items
o No purses or bags larger than 12 x 12 x 12 inches
o No cameras with lenses longer than six inches
o No coolers or containers including cans, cups and bottles
o No strollers or umbrellas
o No pets (except special services)
o No food or beverage from outside the stadium
o No seat cushions
o No video or audio recorders
o No whistles, noise makers, air horns or laser pointers
o No poles or sticks
o No knives, guns or any type of weapons or explosives
o No smoking (except on designated areas or ramps)

There will be no provisions to check items at the gates or in the stadium. Fans will be asked to take prohibited items to their vehicles or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium.

The Touchdown Clubs and all other gates will open at 1:30 p.m. for Saturday’s 3:30 p.m. kickoff. Fans are encouraged to move into their seats sooner than usual to avoid last-minute gate pressure, which frequently occurs prior to kickoff.

Those with special needs should contact Stadium Operations at (904) 633-6100. They will need to provide the number of the gate they plan to enter as well as their special needs.

Located both inside and outside The Jacksonville Landing and behind the Welcome Center across from the Championship Dreams Festival, the Sideline Student Safety Zones are the fastest way to get help during the Florida vs. Georgia weekend, before and after the big game.

Tailgating and Traffic
No tailgating shall occupy a parking space to deny parking for other patrons.
Cars parked on Saturday, October 27 that do not have game day parking will be towed beginning at 2 a.m. at owner’s expense.
To ensure smooth traffic flow, golf carts and motorized scooters will not be permitted in the Sports Complex area. Disabled patrons and authorized personnel only.
Bicycles and rickshaws are permitted but will be asked to leave if obstructing traffic. Riding on sidewalks is not permitted.
