Are fans allowed to watch the Gymdogs practice?

Hi Sally....
Thanks for taking the time to send us your question. We love to have fans visit our practices. It actually is nice to know that our fans want to visit our team all year and not just during gymnastics season. The girls love to have visitors.

Following is our practice schedule and you are welcome to come anytime. We hold practice at the Ramsey Center. Hopefully by next year we have a new practice facility, The Coliseum Annex, which you can view on our facilities link on our website.

Monday 3:30/meeting/warmup circuit

Tuesday 1:00 conditioning/Ashley late/Kelsey early

Wednesday 3:45 conditioning circuit

Thursday 1:00 conditioning/Ashley late/Adrienne leaves early

Friday 3:00 conditioning Endurance circuit
