Georgia's Kisner, Todd Named All-America Scholars

ATHENS, Ga. -- Kevin Kisner and Brendon Todd of the Georgia men's golf team have been chosen as Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars for 2005-06, according to an announcement made by the Golf Coaches Association of America.

Kisner, a senior from Aiken, S.C., received the honor for the second straight season, while Todd, a junior from Charlotte, N.C., earned the recognition for the first time. Georgia now has nine Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars and they have combined for 14 certificates.

Kisner and Todd each earned All-America honors in leading the Bulldogs to a school-record six tournament wins and a final national ranking of No. 2. Only juniors and seniors are eligible to be Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars and must have at least a 3.2 grade-point average and 76.0 stroke average.
