What conditioning does the team do to stay strong and fit?
Dear Kelsey: The Georgia team does conditioning three days a week which involves a circuit using some free weights but mostly using the girls own body weight. It includes a half hour of abs work, some sprints, and basic stuff such as push-ups and leg lifts. Before every practice, they do a warm up which includes additional strengthening exercises at a fast pace.
