Three Bulldogs Finish Undefeated at Napa Valley Challenge

NAPA VALLEY, CALIF.-----The University of Georgia men's tennis team wrapped up play at the Napa Valley Challenge on Sunday with four additional singles wins. Three Bulldogs posted undefeated singles records, as did two of Georgia's doubles teams.

Sunday's round-robin matches Strahinja Bobusic defeated California's Tyler Browne (6-4, 6-2), Trevor Wilson took down California's Vaclav Burger (6-2, 6-4), Antonio Ruiz topped Illinois' Evan Zeder (6-4, 6-2), and Colin Purcell took down Texas A&M's Brett Joelson (6-1, 6-4). John Isner suffered his first singles loss as he fell to G.D. Jones of Illinois (4-6, 6-3, 4-6) while Matic Omerzel lost to Yevgeny Supeko of Texas A&M (6-7, 6-3, 2-6). The doubles matches were not played on Sunday due to rain.
