Danny Ware Status Report

University of Georgia tailback Danny Ware sustained a contusion to his left lung during the South Carolina game. The diagnosis was confirmed by a CT scan performed Sunday morning. Testing showed no damage to the surrounding ribcage. The primary treatment for this injury is rest. Ware will be held out of all practice activities this week and will miss the Marshall game. He will be re-evaluated in one week and a decision on his playing status will be made at that time based upon his exam and test results.
