Georgia Kicks Off New Year With 2004 Diving Invitational

ATHENS, Ga. - The Georgia men's and women's diving teams will kick off the New Year by hosting the 2004 Georgia Diving Invitational this weekend at Gabrielsen Natatorium. The three-day event begins Saturday morning (Jan. 3) at 11 a.m.
There will be a morning prelim session at 11 a.m. and an evening finals session at 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, with only an 11 a.m. session taking place on Monday.
Ten teams will join the host Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs in the annual event, including three Southeastern Conference teams - Auburn, LSU and Tennessee. Other participating teams include Clemson, Drexel, Louisville, Penn State, Purdue, UCLA and Virginia.
Admission is free.
