Georgia Wraps Up Fall Tournament Season This Week

Cioroch and Robinson Go To National Indoors
Senior Agata Cioroch and freshman Shadisha Robinson head to Michigan this week while some of their teammates will be at the SEC Fall Coaches Classic in Peachtree City starting Friday.
Cioroch and Robinson are part of the elite singles field of 32 at the ITA National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships held in Ann Arbor this year from Nov. 6-9. Also, the Cioroch-Robinson duo is part of the 16-team doubles field. This is the second of three collegiate grand slam events of the season with the final one being the NCAA Championships here in May.
Cioroch, the nation's number one ranked player, enters the tournament as the defending champion in a field that features nine of the nation's top 10 ranked players. She is 6-1 this fall while Robinson is 12-3 including reaching the finals of the ITA Southern Regionals.The doubles field has three of the top five ranked tandems including Cioroch/Robinson who are fifth. At 10-1 this season, they earned automatic entry in to the field as the ITA Southern Regional tournament champion.
