* Gym Dogs Travel To Gainesville

After a week off the No. 1 Georgia Gym Dogs return to action this Friday night when they travel to Gainesville, Fla., for a quad-meet, featuring the No. 11 Iowa State Cyclones, the No. 13 Florida Gators and the No. 19 Maryland Terrapins.

* Series Notes

All competitions included, Georgia holds a 59-23 advantage in the all-time series with the Gators ... the Gym Dogs have won the last 13 regular season meetings in the series, most recently a 196.525-194.6 victory at the Super Six Challenge earlier this season (Jan. 11) in Gainesville, Fla. ... Georgia has also won the last six meetings in Gainesville ... Georgia's last regular season loss to the Gators came on Feb. 16, 1990 in a 188.7-188.65 decision in Gainesville ... the Gym Dogs attracted the two largest regular season crowds in the 90s to Florida -6,516 in 1994 and 6,096 in 1996 ... the Gym Dogs were victorious in their only meeting with Iowa State ... the Gym Dogs have won all 20 of their meetings with Maryland, including a victory earlier this year in College Park, Md. ... in that meet sophomore Cory Fritzinger scored a pair of 10s (vault and bars) on her way to a 39.775, which is the third-highest all-around score in school history.
