Froelich paces Lady Bulldogs with top-10 finish at Stanford

Froelich's finish represented the highest individual showing by a Lady Bulldog in three fall tournaments. In addition, senior Summer Sirmons and sophomore Natalia Nicholls tied for 17th, their best finishes of the fall as well.
Georgia carded a season-low score of 296 during Saturday's second round. Nicholls led the Lady Bulldogs with a 1-under 71, while Froelich shot 73, Sirmons shot 75 and Lisa Tyler shot 77.
The 12th-ranked Lady Bulldogs placed seventh in the 17-team field at 903 -- 10 strokes better than previous low 54-hole team score for the fall.
